CHONGQING JINTERUI MACHINE is specializing in Aluminum Alloy CNC Machining which integrate business on die casting,precision machining,stamping,new product designing & developing,as well as mould making. 

 

Our company currently has two production bases,respectively located in jieshi town of Banan district and Dingjia town of Bishan county. The traffic is very convenient.We have gathered a batch of senior professional technical staffs to provide high quality and efficiency services,they are able to skillfully use all kinds of design software(e.g.CAD,UG,Pro-E,Solidwork etc.).

 

Currently it equipped with advanced full-automatic die casting machines from 500T to 800T,more than 40 sets of CNC machining machines with brand of HS series from Taiwan,and about 20 sets of turning&drilling machines,hydraulic press ect. The annual processing capacity is up to one million. And also we are preparing to achieve the ISO9001:2000 in the first half of 2012. Presently,we have introduced the coordinates measuring instrumments(CMM) to ensure the products can meet our customers' different demands in the stage of sample developing,trial production, and mass production.

 

Now we are mainly supply for Chang'an Automobile Co.,Ltd, Chang'an Suzuki Automobile Co.,Ltd, BMW motocycle hig horsepower and Ericsson base station communication parts.At the same time our products are applicated in military, auto and motor enterprises.Moreover we can provide new products sampling and small-scale trial production.
